Our normal hours of working are Monday to Friday, 0900 – 17.00 GMT. A message service will record your calls out of these hours.
When calling or sending an email regarding ROV or ECM products, please be ready to quote the product serial number or the VIN on installed equipment.

For Med-Eng™ Products

A: Please click the “Request Quote” link on the appropriate product page. This is the fastest way to receive a quote from an authorized Med-Eng representative. For security reasons, you must have a valid user ID and password issued by Allen Vanguard or provide information that will allow us to determine your identity. Requests are screened by Allen Vanguard to ensure that sensitive information remains in the hands of the military, the accredited law enforcement community, and other genuine users.
